HYENAS Has Been A ‘Challenging’ Project Admits SEGA, Is Adjusting The Game’s Business Model

SEGA Sammy has revealed in a Q&A during its latest earnings call that the upcoming extraction shooter HYENAS has been a ‘challenging’ title, and that the company is working on adjusting its business model ahead of launch.

Asked if they could provide an update on the game, executives at SEGA Sammy provided the following statement:

We are unable to talk about this title because the details have not yet been announced at this time. As this is a challenging title, we are striving to improve its quality towards the release on the front line of development. We are also making final adjustments to its business model in parallel.
