HYENAS, the upcoming hero extraction shooter from SEGA and Creative Assembly, has received a batch of new gameplay for your viewing pleasure.
In addition to the new gameplay, the companies also revealed that a Closed Beta will run August 31 — September 11 for PC users. Furthermore, if you participated in the Closed Alpha, you will automatically receive a beta key on August 29, at which point the beta can be downloaded.
HYENAS takes the form of a hero-based extraction shooter, with players controlling one of the titular heroes and forming a crew of three to steal valuable merchandise. Each HYENA has their own unique weapon, ability and personality, with the action set on massive Plunderships returning to Mars from Earth.
Players will compete against four other raiding crews, and must locate and crack secured vaults and steal enough Merch while fending off competition from rival players and security forces.
HYENAS is due out at some point this year for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
