Sabotage Studio has announced that Sea of Stars will be available on day one for PS Plus Extra & Premium subscribers, with a demo of the game now up for grabs on PS5 & PS4.
Speaking on the PlayStation Blog, Philippe Dione, Level Designer at Sabotage Studio, commented:
We’re extremely excited to confirm that Sea of Stars will be joining the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog catalog (available for all Extra and Premium members) on launch day, August 29. It’s incredible for us to imagine how many more players worldwide will experience Sea of Stars and join the conversation around our project.
After working on this game that is so dear to us for five years, we’re now only a few weeks away from release, and we’re happy to share this moment with the PlayStation community.
Sea of Stars looks to modernise the classic RPG template that combines turn-based combat, storytelling, and exploration while still oozing nostalgia from every pore. The game focuses on two Children of Solstice, who combine the powers of the sun and moon to weave Eclipse Magic to fend off entities created by the evil Fleshmancer.
Sea of Stars is pencilled in for release on August 29, 2023 for PS5 & PS4.
