Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion is coming to PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One, NIghtdive Studios has announced. The remastered version of the first-person shooter classic will launch on November 14, 2023.
Larry Kuperman, Nightdive Studios’ Director of Business Development, commented:
The Turok series is one of the classic touchstones of gaming and being able to provide the newest and improved version of Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion is a great feeling. It makes full use of the latest version of our KEX engine, and we’re excited to share the game with players later this year.
Originally released for the Nintendo 64 back in 2000, Turok 3 will feature up to 120FPS in addition to advanced rendering support such as anti-aliasing, bloom, ambient occlusion, dynamic shadows and motion blur. The game also includes remastered environmental art, character models, and updated weapon models.
Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion is due out on November 14 for PS5, PS4, PC, Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
